What is EventFlow and who is it for?
EventFlow is a comprehensive event management platform designed for wedding planners, festival organizers, corporate event managers, and anyone who manages events professionally. It provides tools for guest management, vendor coordination, budget tracking, task management, and more—all in one unified platform.
How does the free plan work?
Our free plan allows you to manage up to 5 events with 50 guests per event. You get access to basic features including guest management, vendor tracking, and task lists. It's perfect for small events or trying out the platform. No credit card required to start.
Can I import guests from my phone contacts?
Yes! EventFlow integrates with your device's Contact Picker API (available on Chrome Android). You can select multiple contacts at once and import them directly into your event. We also support CSV import for bulk operations from any device.
How does WhatsApp integration work?
EventFlow allows you to send invitations, reminders, and confirmations via WhatsApp. Each invitation includes a custom RSVP link where guests can confirm attendance, update their details, and specify plus-ones. When guests respond, their status automatically updates in your dashboard. You can also send bulk messages to all pending guests at once.
What currencies does EventFlow support?
EventFlow supports multiple currencies including Indian Rupee (INR), US Dollar (USD), and UAE Dirham (AED). You can select your preferred currency from the settings, and all financial data will be displayed in that currency with proper formatting and symbols.
Can I use EventFlow on my mobile device?
EventFlow is a Progressive Web App (PWA) that can be installed on both iOS and Android devices. It works like a native app with offline support for essential features, push notifications, and a mobile-optimized interface. You can install it directly from your browser.
How does vendor and BOQ management work?
You can create a vendor directory with contact information and ratings. When planning an event, assign vendors with deal amounts and track payments. The Bill of Quantities (BOQ) feature lets you list every item/service, specify quantities, rates, and track delivery verification. All vendor-related finances are tracked automatically.
Can multiple team members work on the same event?
Yes! You can assign multiple team members to tasks and track who's responsible for each activity. Team members can see their assigned tasks, update progress, and collaborate in real-time. This is perfect for event planning agencies and teams.
What happens to my data?
All your data is stored securely in your browser's local storage and syncs across your devices when you log in. For enterprise plans, we offer cloud backup and data export options. You always maintain full control over your data and can export it at any time.
Do you offer training or onboarding?
Yes! We provide a guided tutorial for new users, comprehensive documentation, and video guides. Pro and Enterprise plans include personalized onboarding sessions and priority support. Our support team is always available via email and chat.
Can I manage different types of events?
EventFlow supports weddings, festivals, corporate events, concerts, award shows, and private celebrations. Each event type has specialized features—for example, festivals include stall management with vendor assignments, electrical requirements, and space allocation.
How secure is my event data?
Security is our top priority. We use industry-standard encryption for all data transmission and storage. Your login credentials are securely hashed, and we never share your data with third parties. Enterprise plans include additional security features like SSO and audit logs.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you immediately get access to new features. If you downgrade, you'll retain access to paid features until the end of your billing cycle. There are no cancellation fees.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI payments, and bank transfers. For enterprise plans, we can arrange invoicing and custom payment terms. All payments are processed securely through industry-leading payment processors.
